A VIP Day is the perfect solution for busy business owners who want to achieve specific goals fast.
For a full day, we work together to make significant progress in your business. By identifying your top priorities we'll complete projects that will make the most impact.
Throughout our work session, receive personalized attention and focused support. It is a highly tailored and intensive experience where we divide and conquer to see a pivotal project to the finish line.
Let's look at the process!
Start with a 20-min discovery call to understand your pain points, brainstorm ideas, and get clear on your goals.
Meet first thing in the morning on your scheduled VIP Day. These take place over Zoom or if you're in Boise, in-person!
Identify top priorities and build realistic step-by-step action plan for the day.
Get to work! Let's make some big progress!
We work together for as long as you need but usually wrap up between 4 - 6pm. If we end the day SO close to finishing a task, Lynnsey will wrap up the work offline.
45-min coaching call two weeks after to assess your progress and answer any questions.

Hey! I'm Lynnsey. I've been a working photographer & videographer since 2013.
For so long, I thought the more work I produced, the more clients I would book. I was essentially crossing my fingers that my career would grow on it's own.
This wishful thinking led to feast-or-famine cash flow, creative burn-out from too much work at low rates, and less than ideal clients.
Fast forward – I now operate a multi six-figure photography business that is creatively inspiring and supports my lifestyle.
By shifting to a place of intentional work rather than trying to do all the things I thought I “should” do, I've discovered the keys to realizing your vision and creating the actionable steps to get there.
And the best part? You don't need to have all the answers right now. All you need is the desire to succeed and my guidance to make big strides.

HOW WILL WE MEET?
VIP Days are held over Zoom. If you're located in Boise, I'm happy to meet in-person.
HOW MUCH CAN WE ACCOMPLISH IN ONE DAY?
In our discovery call, we set realistic expectations of what is possible. My goal is to complete as much quality work as possible in the time allotted. With both of us present, we can achieve quite a bit! If we end the day so close to finishing a project, I will wrap it up for you offline.
WHAT IF I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO WORK ON?
I will assess your business health and identify areas that need improvement. There's always a problem that needs solving and I will find it, trust me!
DO YOU OFFER HALF DAYS?
Half days are only offered to those that have already completed a VIP Day previously. For first time clients, it's important that I spend a full day with you to understand where you're at and provide the most effective changes. You can split a full VIP day into two half days if needed.
CAN I SPLIT A FULL DAY INTO TWO HALF DAYS?
Absolutely. While I prefer to dedicate a continuous full-day, I understand that some people experience overwhelm and burn-out after too many hours of work.
CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON ATTEND?
Only if you're in business together (i.e. husband & wife team, business partners, etc.) or you have an admin or VA helping with the project. It's helpful to keep key players to a maximum of three to eliminate “too many cooks in the kitchen”.
I WORK FULL TIME. CAN I FIT THIS INTO MY BUSY SCHEDULE?
The most important thing is that you get dedicated time to make waves in your business. We'll work with your schedule and make it happen! I prefer to schedule Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm but let's chat to come up with something that works for both of us!
WHAT IS YOUR RESCHEDULE OR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Reschedules are permitted up to 2 times at no charge. After 2 times, a reschedule fee of $50 will be charged.
If you cancel before our first discovery call, a full refund will be given. Refunds will not be given once we've started the process.
VIP Days must be scheduled within 3 months after booking. If the client neglects to schedule within this timeframe the session fee will be forfeited.
WHAT IS REQUIRED OF ME?
-An open-mind and positive, collaborative attitude
-Enthusiasm about what's possible for you and your business
-Be prepared to face your fears and work through the blocks that are keeping you stagnant. You may have to let go of beliefs, systems, or ideas that aren't serving your bigger vision.
